Given that every item is custom tailored, we generally have an exchange policy. If there is damage to the item not caused by the courier, or if the sizing is not right due to Zarmina's fault, we can refund the amount less the original shipping if the item cannot be altered by a tailor in your city or Zarmina, via company check. Please let us know of the problem within 48 hours of receipt, and return the item within 5 days with a tracking number in its original packaging once we have approved the exchange. Outfits that have evidence of wear or stains cannot be accepted for exchange. Regarding outfits of the wrong measurements, we advise our customers to conduct due diligence in submitting their measurements to assure best fit. Returning an item without prior communication to Zarmina.com will not result in automatic credit to you.
Zarmina.com is not liable for damage or delays caused by the mail courier. Mailing costs for shipments back to Zarmina Fashions are customer's responsibility.

Customers should be aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different than the actual outfits due to several factors, including:
- Monitor settings
- Room lighting
- Slight variations in production
For practical purposes, the color variation will be slight. We appreciate your understanding in this regard. |
