What are the shipping charges?

Shipping and handling are $12 for regular mail and $25 for express mail to any destination in the world.

Do I have to pay customs duties?

Most countries will not charge duty on garments for personal use. Other countries charge a very nominal duty. Any such duties are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

Upon dispatch of your order, we will email you an Airway bill number for online tracking. You are welcome to e-mail queries related to your purchase, but we encourage you to do so after 2-3 weeks have elapsed from the time of your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Generally, we can deliver in 2-3 weeks after you place your order. In the event of longer production time, a Zarmina representative will contact you.

What if there is damage to my order in transit?

In rare instances, mailed items can be damaged and/or opened inadvertently, or for customs examination. Zarmina is not responsible in that event.
